David is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience leading and scaling tech companies across executive management, business development, fundraising, and international markets.
He was most recently CEO of Octiv, a B2B SaaS company acquired by Conga in 2018. His prior roles include executive positions at Groupon, Angie’s List, and GHX, where he led both U.S. and European operations.
David has also served as a board chairman, startup founder, and venture investor, with successful exits including Jada Beauty and NoInk. His career spans early-stage leadership to corporate strategy across technology, e-commerce, and SaaS.
