• Have raised no more than $5mm in outside dilutive capital since formation (either through issuance of debt or equity securities; grants and the like do not count)
• Must have a bona fide expectation of raising follow on capital within the next 12 months
• Must have received an investment (cash or growth resources) from the nominating Investor (preferably the Investor should be on the cap table)
• Cannot have placed in the top 3 at any prior Innovation Showcase.
