Bio Information

Wil has been in the OEM automotive industry for over 25 years, building a successful automotive engineering, manufacturing and technical services company. He has broad experience and success with automotive technology domestically and internationally creating early intercooler and charge air heat exchangers production systems and products.

He also has similar successes with turbochargers and systems development involving the wide spread introduction, manufacturing and deployment of charger air cooler technology in the early 1980’s for many of the world’s largest automobile manufacturers.

In the late 1980’s, he helped to establish a company that significantly help develop the technology that transformed robotic dark room manufacturing worldwide with motion control software, electromagnetic actuation and linear motor technology.

With his extensive background in automotive production and engine development, Mr. Cashen has developed web applications for the direct sales and service of vehicles globally selling hundreds of sports cars through a customer direct program.

Recently, Mr. Cashen has created and successfully launched the world’s first electric light duty pickup truck with a range extended APU electric generator system with plans to go into production at
the end of 2010.

Mr. Cashen is currently working to educate Indiana’s work force and create thousands of jobs in Indiana by capturing electric vehicle parts and component manufacturing opportunities and by acquiring and developing automotive, truck and bus parts remanufacturing businesses.
