The firm has sourced over 13,000 opportunities and produced top quartile financial and environmental returns across its three venture funds totaling approximately $400 million.Scott Prince joined EnerTech in 2008 after moving to Indiana from California and is involved with national activities including deal sourcing, investing, portfolio growth assistance and fund raising. Scott spent the previous 19 years primarily in Silicon Valley start-ups managing sales, marketing, and operations for companies including Oracle Corp., Phone.com, Remedy Corp. and Siebel Systems. Scott and his teams focused on enabling Fortune 1000 energy, transportation, manufacturing, financial, healthcare, high technology and materials companies to increase their customer acquisition, market share and revenue while also helping them optimize their financial and manufacturing operations as they launched into new or established commercial, industrial, consumer or international markets. Scott has been an active advisor to the Energy Systems Network, Indiana Sustainability Alliance, CellTech Metals and The Greenbelt Marketplace. In addition, Scott is on the board of the Venture Club of Indiana and is the founding CEO of Expansion Resources LLC – a “Silicon Valley outcome-minded” consulting services firm that primarily helps select early-stage companies acquire initial cornerstone paying customers. Scott received a BA in Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and currently resides in Carmel, Indiana where he maneuvers the roundabouts in his stereotypical green Toyota Prius.
