Ted Mourouzis, age 45, President and Chief Operating Officer of Pac-Van, Inc. a subsidiary of General Finance Corporation, a NASDAQ company (GFN). Ted was hired in May 1997 as Vice President of Finance for Pac-Van, Inc. and became C.O.O. two years of his arrival. His previous experience includes four years in accounting for an AZ based manufacturing company including a position as a controller for a 3M joint venture, four years in management consulting with Deloitte & Touche in Atlanta, with a focus in operations consulting, and one year in FL as president of a picture framing distributor and CFO of its holding company. He has an undergraduate degree from Stanford University (1985) and a Masters of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (1991).
